Procorem Inspect Release Notes: 25.4 Release 1
ProLink Solutions is pleased to announce a Procorem Inspect app release.
What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Report Generation
ProLink added functionality so that you can generate the Full Inspection Report and Exigent Report within the app.
New Attendees Functionality
ProLink added functionality to the Attendees tab of an inspection so that you can add, edit, and delete attendees for the inspection.
Attendees information appears on the inspection reports.
Area Notes and Photos
ProLink updated the menu 
for Areas, which includes options to Delete Area and Edit details and photos. When you Edit details and photos, the Area notes field and the photo gallery are available. (The Area notes field is also available when you add an area.)
When you fetch an existing inspection, the system imports the existing Notes field for the area as well as downloads any photos associated to the area's Files tab. When you upload an inspection, the app's Area notes field is sent to the database and area photos are sent to the area's Files tab in the database.
Inspection Notes
ProLink added Inspection Notes to the Edit inspection details page.
When you fetch an inspection, the system imports the existing Comments field (Inspection - Main tab). When you upload an inspection, the app's Inspection Notes field is sent to the database.
Unit Area Updates
ProLink added Occupancy Status and Unit Status fields for unit area types.
Additional Updates
ProLink also made the following updates:
ProLink made changes so that the font size changes between tablets and mobile phones.
ProLink fixed the page scroll on the Inspection page.
ProLink updated the "Show additional details" link at the bottom of a finding so that it expands to show additional fields.
ProLink added the Due Date field to the Finding page.
ProLink updated the app so that when you create a new inspection, the system sets the Status to "In Process."
Prolink updated app labels and messages to be more universal.
