In the About section, you can:
View your Procorem Inspect app name
View your Procorem Inspect email
View the current app version
Delete current user data—This deletes all user data and all associated accounts from the device. You might take this action as a troubleshooting option depending on errors you encounter, or you might want to free up space on the device.
Caution
Any unsynced data will be lost. Be sure to upload inspections first, if needed.
In the Account section, you can:
Refresh the account settings—This imports inspectors, inspection types, and inspection templates to the device. You might need to refresh the account settings if the agency has added a new inspector who needs access to the device, if a new inspection template is available, or if you encounter an error when trying to fetch account settings and want to retry the action.
Delete account data—This deletes all data for the current account. You might take this action as a troubleshooting option depending on errors you encounter, or you might want to free up space on the device.
