Access the Procorem Inspect App
The Procorem Inspect app is designed so you can complete most tasks while you are offline; for example, if you are onsite for an inspection, you can record inspection areas and findings, even if you do not have internet access, provided you have set up the inspection on your device ahead of time.
Internet connectivity is required for logging in, fetching data (including inspection templates, properties, and inspections), and uploading inspection data.
Enter the Email you use for your Procorem profile.
Enter the Password of your Procorem profile.
Tap Continue.
The first time you log in, you will need to select the Procorem account to use.
The app imports properties, inspectors, and inspection templates to your device.
When the import is complete, tap Done.
The app shows the Inspections page.
If your Procorem profile has two-step verification (TSV) turned on, the app will prompt you to enter a verification code.
Enter the Email you use for your Procorem profile.
Enter the Password of your Procorem profile.
Tap Continue.
The system sends a verification code to your email or mobile phone number, depending on which is the preferred delivery method on your profile.
Enter the verification code and then tap Verify login.
Tip
If your profile is set up for both email and text, you can switch the delivery method of the verification code.
The first time you log in, you will need to select the Procorem account to use.
The app imports properties, inspectors, and inspection templates to your device.
When the import is complete, tap Done.
The app shows the Inspections page.
Note
If a Procorem account you belong to requires TSV and you have not turned it on for your profile, the app will notify you that you need to enable TSV on your Procorem profile. You cannot log into the app until you have completed this action.
Note
If your profile is associated with an account that requires users to update their passwords when older than a configured number of days and if your password has reached the configured limit, you will be prompted to reset your password on the Procorem website. After you change your password, you can return to the app and log in.
Before you can use the Procorem Inspect app, you must be invited to Procorem. For an invitation, reach out to the system administrator at your agency.
On the login page, tap Reset Password.
The app directs you to the Procorem Reset Password page in your default device browser.
Enter your Email.
Tap Continue.
Procorem sends a Reset Password email.
Tap Reset Password in the email message.
You are directed to the Procorem Reset Password page.
Enter a New Password.
Caution
A new password cannot be the same as one previously used.
Re-enter the password to Confirm Password.
Tap Finish.
Return to the Procorem Inspect app and log in with the new password.
The first time you log in and access the app, the app will prompt you to select an account. You can switch accounts later from the menu .
If you have not been active in the app, the app will prompt you to log in again to start a new session when you attempt to take an action that requires connectivity.
If your Procorem profile has two-step verification (TSV) turned on, the app will also prompt you to enter the verification code sent to your email or mobile phone number.
Tap the app menu

Tap Log out.
Tap Yes to confirm you want to log out.
