ProLink Solutions is pleased to announce a Procorem release. The main changes are described below.
Account Admin Templates Tab
Procorem administrators now can define templates at the account level. Navigate to Account Admin / Account Settings to access the Templates tab, which allows you to identify default settings to be applied when copying a WorkCenter.
Post Email Notifications
The Procorem email notification about posts includes a list of files attached to the post.
Task Assignee and Approver Defaults
We have changed the task assignee and approver defaults from “all” to “any.” When you create a new task, the default for the Assigned To section is Any assignee can mark task as finished, and the default for the Approvals section is Any approver can mark task as approved.
In addition, we resolved an issue so that the WorkCenters and Activities tabs (Account Admin / People & Permissions) load for Procorem administrators using Internet Explorer 11.
